JSC Krastsvetmet refines precious metals from the customers’ materials in the shortest possible time and with stable high quality. About 3,000 customers supply different raw material of both primary and secondary origin, containing precious metal at the levels from 15 and higher to Krastsvetmet.

We sample and analyze any volume of received material, from 0.1 g to 10 tons, from each of the suppliers separately. We always remember that analysis accuracy depends on very accurate sampling. Materials become homogeneous after melting, dissolution, grinding and screening on the advanced equipment of Russian and foreign manufacturers. The sampling procedures are being continuously improved.

JSC Krastsvetmet applies its own original highly effective piro- and hydrometallurgical methods of raw concentrating, precious metals dissolution, various techniques of group and selective separation of valuable components, regeneration of the main process reagents and industrial wastes treatment.

Most technological procedures are based on the original, reliable and highly efficient equipment designed at Krastsvetmet. This helps to extract metals at most low concentration levels from any raw material. Krastsvetmet’s researchers constantly contribute to technological development processes.

JSC Krastsvetmet has its own research and development facilities. Solving tasks of effective new raw materials processing, existing technology improving, developing conditions for reagents reutilization, refined metals quality upgrading, development and implementation of new technologies for fine metals production, innovative equipment designing and launching - these are the major activities of the Research Division.

Developed at Krastsvetmet production technologies uniquely combine classical refining methods with new approaches to processes implementation and facilitate high quality production.
