The results of the plant’s production activity demonstrate that the JSC “Krastsvetmet” is successfully developing in all directions. However, while achieving high economic indicators, we also never forget about our employees.
The plant managers believe that the main wealth of the plant is the people who work for it. No wonder the JSC “Krastsvetmet” is the leader of workmen’s protection arrangement in the sphere of metallurgy in Krasnoyarsk. Moreover, the plant has undertaken the obligation to maintain the objects of social infrastructure. Year by year we improve the social objects, raise the level of service in recreation centers, buy state-of-the art equipment for the outpatients’ department, etc.
Considerable social packages provided by the enterprise to its employees along with relatively high wages is one of the incentives for highly productive labor for the employees of the JSC “Krastsvetmet”.
